Returns Overview
- You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- We cannot accept returns for used, installed, or mounted tires.
- Special order items and custom wheels are not eligible for return.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team via phone at (416) 736-4727 within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and include the return authorization number on the outside of the box.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Processing
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions
- As mentioned above, used, installed, or mounted tires are not eligible for return.
- Special order items and custom wheels are also not eligible for return.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy requirements.
